How can I add a new staff member to the eDiary?
From your Administrator dashboard, select the Staff icon.
From the Staff & Administrators page, select 'New Staff Member'.
Enter in the staff member details and click 'Save'.
- Email - this is a required field
- Staff ID - this will be used in the eDiary to link the staff member to their classes
- All other fields are optional, although we strongly suggest you enter in the First Name and Last Name
- If you wish for the staff member to be given Administrator access to the eDiary (the ability to add and edit content) make sure the Grant Administrator Rights box is ticked
