How do I submit a Support Ticket?
Tickets can be submitted to the MyEDiary Help Desk by either sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by using the 'Contact Us' form on the MyEDiary support site. The contact form has added benefits because it automatically records information about your browser and operating system that helps us when troubleshooting technical issues.
This is how to submit a support ticket using the contact form:
From within the MyEDiary Support site, click on the 'Contact' link in the top right hand corner
This will open the Contact Us form.
Enter your details into the Contact Us form and click 'Send'
Add as much information into the form as possible and be sure to include the name of your school. This will allow our support staff to provide the best possible service when handling your ticket.
Look out for confirmation that the form was sent
The Contact Us form will close and the ticket will be lodged with our Help Desk. You'll receive a confirmation email within a few minutes letting you know that we have received your support request.
