MyEDiary App and Mobile View - Students

Our app is available for download on iOS (Apple iPhone) and Android mobile devices. Just search "MyEDiary" or tap the links below.

If you do not have an iOS or Android phone, you can still access MyEDiary on your phone - our HTML5 web app automatically loads in the browser when a student or parent visits MyEDiary on a modern smartphone. The Mobile Version only applies to mobile phones. Desktop and Tablet devices will continue to see the desktop view. 

At a glance

Sign In

Go to the sign in page of your eDiary as you normally would.

The mobile view sign in page appears - you will notice this looks a little different to the page you see on your computer or tablet.

Enter your email address and password. Tick the 'Stay signed-in on this device' box to avoid having to frequently re-enter your details. Now tap 'Sign in'.

My Day

When you log in, you will be taken to the My Day view, and any upcoming tasks for today will be displayed.

Tapping the icons in the row under the date will take allow you to see any school events for today and allow you to view, add, or edit any notes for today.

Adding a new task

Tapping on the yellow + icon at the top right will allow you to add a new task.

Select the type of task that you want to add, the subject it is for, the priority, and give the task a name and details.

Now enter the start and/or due date for the task.

Tap Save to create the new task.

Side Menu

Tap the icon at the top left to access further functionality in the mobile eDiary view.

My Homework

Tap 'My Homework' to view a list of your homework to be completed.

To quickly mark a task as complete, swipe it to the left and tap 'Complete'.

Tap on a task to view further details. You can also mark the task as complete in this view.


Tap 'Notifications' in the side menu to access your notification centre.

You can swipe left on a notification to mark it as read.


Tap the 'Calendar' icon in the side menu to see your calendar. This contains your homework tasks, school events, and notes.

The calendar can be viewed by month, week, or day.

Tap the calendar icon on the right to jump to a particular date.


Tap the 'Timetable' icon in the side menu to view your class timetable.
